My cousin Amanda was visiting and came up to the cabin with her family. She brought her crochet supplies with her and I asked her if she might be able to teach me how.
When I was a Merrie Miss (in Primary as a 10 or 11 year old), my teacher tried to teach me how to crochet but since I was left handed I could never get past the chain stitch.
So Amanda taught me and my 10 year old niece. It was very addicting.
I made this hat that Brooke is modeling for me. Now I really want to perfect the skill and get better and make perfect hats and scarfs.
